Weight & Wait...!
Weight: -24lbs! Mood: Tired
Yes, I have lost that much - I've been off and on this diet since Feb 1st and averaging 2.18 lbs a week. Not bad for someone who loves to eat junk. Some things that amaze me:
- I have fallen in love with clothes again! They fit now! My old clothes are loose and fall off me! Hurrah!
- Coke is out! I love Diet Pepsi! & that's a minor miracle since I use to hate anything diet.
- I now have gym guilt if I miss even one day! Whoa.
- I am trying to train myself to run on the treadmill - I hate running but if it means I can fit in my wedding dress...
- Used the excuse "I need it for the gym! You have to be supportive!" rather well - Got me a new mp3 player! :P
Food Naughtiness du jour:
Todays diet consisted of high carb cereal for breakfast, pizza for lunch, swiss chalet chicken & fries for dinner. I'm afraid to get on the scale tomorrow morning - wah!
